November Nonsense

I realized I haven't blogged since Halloween... whoops. Here are some of the things we had going on in November!

Lily is still enjoying preschool and all of her new little friends!

John ran the Mustache Dash, for which he grew his stache out all month long!

After the race, there was a mechanical bull that Jack and John had fun attempting. :)

Taking a carriage ride with Santa!

Grammy came for a visit and enjoyed loving Lacy!

Lacy had her first Thanksgiving! She's such a sweetie. :)

Grammy watched the kids while John and I had a much needed Black Friday date! Best date nite ever!!

Happy Halloween!

We're so excited Lacy arrived in time to celebrate Halloween with us!!

She was our little Jack-o-lantern this year.

Jack and Lily went as Peter Pan and Tinkerbell

Dad took the kids out trick-or-treating while mom and Lacy held down
the fort and handed out candy! We got lots of funny questions from the kids like
"is that a real baby or a prop?"

Dad carved a jack-o-lantern with the kids after school on halloween!
Jack and Lily were very fascinated with the pumpkin guts.

Jack has taken an interest in decorating our house for the holidays.
He put up some Halloween decorations and he's already started on Thanksgiving!

October 28, Lacy's Running Late!

We're so grateful for the safe arrival of our little Lacy Violet Sperry!
She took the longest in the oven of the three kids, which we weren't expecting,
but we're sure glad she's finally here with us!!

Lacy Violet Sperry
7 lbs 11 oz  &  19 inches long
She came quick! Labor was just 5 hours and three quick pushes!

Everyone says she looks like her brother Jack, and I think we agree. :)

Lacy had the hiccups a lot while she was in the womb.
She gets them even more now that she's out!

Meeting Jack and Lily and their cousins for the first time!!

Jack asked us while we were at the hospital if this was real or if it was a dream.
He's such a sweet big brother, he loves his little sisters!

Coming home!!!

She feels right and home!
And we're sure glad. :)
